Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of completed works and site documentation.

Use the client's CAFM system to accurately record work undertaken and provide updates on service delivery.

Liaise professionally with the client, station teams, FM colleagues, subcontractors and other service partners.

Assist with the coordination and supervision of subcontractor works where required, ensuring appropriate Health & Safety standards are maintained.

Take a proactive approach to identifying maintenance issues and ensuring premises are maintained to a high standard.

Undertake minor works and small projects with minimal supervision.

You'll be comfortable working independently in a mobile role, managing your own workload across multiple sites while providing excellent customer service.

Ideally, you will have:

Previous experience in a Fabric Technician, Building Maintenance, Handyperson, or similar multi-skilled maintenance role.

Practical experience completing fabric-related PPM and reactive maintenance tasks within commercial, industrial or facilities management environments.

A broad range of building maintenance skills, which may include general fabric repairs, decorating, carpentry and minor plumbing.

The ability to diagnose issues and complete reactive repairs and minor works with minimal supervision.

Good knowledge of Health & Safety requirements, including safe systems of work, RAMS, and permit-to-work procedures.

Good communication and customer service skills.

The ability to complete job documentation accurately and use mobile or CAFM systems to update completed works.
