Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now need for a Mobile Gas Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for a Mobile Gas Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
As the Mobile Gas Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The Mobile Gas Engineer, will be responsible for:
* Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance on gas appliances
* Carrying out reactive & emergency tasks on gas appliances
* Plumbing maintenance.
* Ablility to anticipate and/or diagnose and repair faults.
* Ensuring all tasks are completed within the contractual timescales
* Ensuring all work-related documentation is completed accurately.
* You should be capable to monitor of visiting sub-contractors with regards to standard of work and Health and Safety, you need to issue appropriate permits, control small work and escort duties as required.
* You need to carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance
* Complete the appropriate paperwork and reports and ensure all statutory and mandatory tasks are completed within the required timescales.
To be successful for this Mobile Gas Engineer role you must have:
* You will need experience of maintenance, testing & fault finding in a variety of plant equipment such as:
* Gas appliances
* Gas boilers
* Heating plant
* Pumps and ventilation
* Minor plumbing experience.
* You will also need a valid gas safe registration, relevant commercial gas qualifications including:
* COCN1, CCN1, TPCP1, TPCP1A, CODNCO1
* Full UK Driving License.
