Mobile Forklift Engineer – Leicester
Location: Leicester and surrounding areas
Salary: £34,000 - £38,000 Basic + Overtime (1.5x) + Company Van + Fuel Card
Holt Recruitment is working with a well-established forklift company that is part of a successful nationwide group. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Mobile Forklift Engineer to cover Leicester and the surrounding areas.

The Role
As a Mobile Forklift Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of forklift trucks and material handling equipment at customer sites across Leicester and the surrounding areas.
Duties
Service, maintain and repair a wide range of forklift trucks and material handling equipment.
Carry out planned preventative maintenance and routine inspections.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults.
Attend customer breakdowns and carry out repairs efficiently.
Complete job sheets and service documentation accurately.
Deliver excellent customer service while representing the business professionally.
Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures.Requirements
Previous experience as a Forklift Engineer, Plant Engineer, Plant Fitter, HGV Technician, Vehicle Technician or similar.
Strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical fault-finding skills.
Experience carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs.
Full UK driving licence.
Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.Benefits
