We are looking for a Mobile Fabric Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Mobile Fabric Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

As the Mobile Fabric Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The Mobile Fabric Engineer, will be responsible for:
* Undertaking all building fabric activities, such as patch repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting and decorating
* Ensuring you are working to high levels of health and safety and statutory requirements
* Required to answer queries, report any defects and keep the client informed of site activities at the time of the service visit .
To be successful for this Mobile Fabric Engineer role you must have:
* Experienced working within commercial property.
* Multi Skilled skillset.
* Full, current driving license.
* Background in facilities or mobile maintenance, in a construction or similar environment.
* Qualified to Level 2 or 3 City & Guilds.
