Our client is an established (SME) Maintenance Provider in London; it is looking to hire a Mobile Fabric Engineer due to ongoing contract wins.
As the Mobile Fabric Engineer, you will work in and around London in a variety of commercial environments. Your duties will include but not be limited to fixing locks, minor P&D, basic plumbing, basic carpentry, lamp changing, flooring, tiling and other related building maintenance.
The successful Mobile Fabric Engineer must have a proven track record in a similar role and have good all-round maintenance skills. In addition, you must also have good communication skills, be a team player and understand delivering good customer service. You will also ideally be qualified in a maintenance trade.

* £37,000 basic salary
