Location: London & Surrounding Areas
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Mobile Fabric Engineer:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Fabric Engineer to join a growing and well-established building services company covering commercial sites across London.

The Role:
As a Mobile Fabric Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of planned and reactive building fabric maintenance tasks across a portfolio of commercial properties.
Duties will include:
* General building fabric maintenance and repairs
* Basic carpentry, painting and decorating
* Minor plumbing repairs
* Patch plastering and making good works
* Door, lock and ironmongery repairs
* Flooring and ceiling repairs
* Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
* Reactive maintenance and fault finding
* Ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard
* Building strong relationships with clients and site teams
Requirements:
* Previous experience working as a Fabric Engineer, Handyperson, Maintenance Technician or similar role
* Good all-round building fabric maintenance knowledge
* Experience working within commercial buildings preferred
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
