Mobile Fabric Engineer
Kidderminster
£28,000 + 27 Days Holiday + 8 BH + Van + Fuel Card
Your new company
* One of the largest Facilities Management & Technical Services provider's, in the health sector.
Your new role
* Working Monday - Friday, 37.5 hour week, across a portfolio of private healthcare sites (health centres, dental sites, admin offices and hospitals) across Kidderminster, Walsall, Wolverhampton and surrounding areas.
* You will be carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the sites.
* Painting, minor decorating, patch work, minor repairs, basic joinery & carpentry, light replacements and changes, furniture re-arrangements, any other general building service maintenance.
* Engaging with the client and the wider team.
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience in a caretaker, handyperson or maintenance role, preferably within a commercial environment would be ideal.
* You must hold Level 2 Carpentry & Joinery
* Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service role is highly beneficial.
* Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
