Mobile Electrician

Description:

Our client, is expanding their electrical division to accommodate the growing demands of their thriving business. They are welcoming applications for the post of Mobile Electrician, to be based in the bustling area of Great Yarmouth.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently carrying out electrical installation work in accordance with current I.E.E. Regulations for Electrical Installations and Construction Industry Safety Regulations.
Maintaining, installing, servicing, and repairing electrical/mechanical pump sets within the hire fleet and any customer units, adhering to legislative standards.
Producing reports and estimates for repairs, and advising on necessary safety issues.
Maintaining high standards of housekeeping in work areas and vehicles.
Ensuring adherence to all necessary Risk Assessments/Method Statements.
Communicating effectively with managers, internal and external customers, and stakeholders regarding business and customer expectations on timelines, quality, and service levels.
Managing workloads and call outs independently as part of an on-call rota.
Attending call outs for the branch as part of a 1 in 6 weeks rota.

Job Requirements:

JIB Qualified Electrician, ideally holding or able to meet the requirements to obtain an ECS Gold card.
Preferred - 18th edition qualified.
Must hold a Full UK Driving Licence, as a company van is provided.
Practical electrical engineering skills and experience.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Self-driven individual with the capability to operate independently.
