The Role
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across the site.
* Maintain general building services, including plumbing, fire alarms, emergency lighting and sprinkler systems.
* Carry out first-line checks and resets on loading bay doors.
* Attend breakdowns, diagnose faults and keep equipment running safely.
* Experience with fan coil units, VRVs and split systems would be beneficial, but isn’t essential.
* Participate in a 1-in-5 on-call rota.
What's on Offer?
* £40,000 salary
* Day shifts: 6am–2:30pm or 9:30am–6pm.
* Greenford position is permanent early shifts (6am–2:30pm).
* 1-in-5 on-call rota, with a 4-hour minimum payment per call-out and door-to-door paid travel.
* First-stage interview via Microsoft Teams, followed by a site walkaround.
About You
We’re looking for someone with a decent facilities maintenance background and practical experience across general building services.
Formal qualifications are not the main priority. We’re more interested in your hands-on maintenance experience, fault-finding ability and willingness to get stuck in.
