Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer £50k- £54k (DOE)

A leading HVAC contractor specialising in Building maintenance have key requirements for an experienced Mobile Heating Engineer to perform HVAC maintenance, fault finding, Commercial/ Domestic installation within the Hampshire, Berkshire border and South- West London area.

Working within a small team, and supportive working environment, the ideal candidate should have a can-do attitude, be adaptable to any role, and must be willing to learn and to develop their own knowledge and skill set.

As the successful Mobile Heating Engineer, you will be:

Mobile Heating Engineer will be performing commercial and residential plumbing and pipework installations
Mobile Heating Engineer will be working on Commercial boilers over 60kW
Review and survey sites for new/ replacement systems
Mobile Heating Engineer will be covering commercial sites, schools and theatres in the Surrey and the Hampshire/ Berkshire
Mobile Heating Engineer will be paid in £50k - £54k Basic + Van + Mobile or Tablet + Travel (After the first hour)
Mobile Heating Engineer will be able to manage and maintain accurate and up to date records of all work carried out and planned
Be able to provide sufficient information for a proposal to be constructed
Have a practical and theoretical understanding of heating and plumbing systems within commercial and residential building service environments
Currently work on a 1 in 5 weeks callout rota, subject to change on the hire of new engineers, with £100 weekly retainer
Requirements for the Mobile Heating Engineer-

Must have a good back ground in heating engineering
Commercial gas experience
Be able to pass an advanced DBS check
Full UK driving license
Will have in date ACS Commercial and Domestic gas tickets
Living in the Hampshire, Berkshire, Surrey area
