The Company:

Maintenance division of a group of based M&E companies who design, install and maintain commercial M&E building services. T/O c£90m

The Role:

Working mainly across the North West on the odd occasion possibly down as far as the midlands, preferably based around Manchester you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of commercial heating plant and associated mechanical services including AHU,s, FCU,s, expansion vessels and pipework in commercial offices and gyms.

You will also maintain domestic boilers in a domestic environment.

The Person:

It is essential that you are an experienced heating engineer, having working in a commercial maintenance capacity and have current commercial gas tickets and ideally also domestic, it would also require some ventilation experience too.

The Salary:

£20.08 / hour (£41,766) - travel time is paid door to door at x1.5 over 8 hours

ALL TRAVEL PAID DOOR TO DOOR

Company van and fuel card - no private use.
50 hours per week including travel equates to c£56k as all travel is paid.
23 + stats days holiday - holiday pay is averaged over your last 10 weeks including all overtime worked including travel time.
O/T rates of x 1.5 after 8 hours daily and x 2 Saturday after first 5 hours and all day Sunday.
4%/4% pension
