A leading building services provider is seeking a skilled Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team, maintaining a portfolio of commercial sites across London. Key Responsibilities
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across a portfolio of commercial properties.
Responding to reactive maintenance requests and diagnosing faults across building services systems.
Undertaking general electrical, mechanical, and building fabric maintenance where required.
Ensuring all maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations and site procedures.
Completing maintenance reports, service records, and relevant documentation.
Building positive relationships with clients and site teams while delivering a high standard of service.
Managing daily workloads and working independently across multiple sites. Requirements
Electrical or Mechanical qualification, such as City & Guilds, NVQ, or a recognised apprenticeship.
Previous experience in commercial building maintenance or facilities management.
Strong technical knowledge, fault-finding ability, and problem-solving skills.
Full UK driving licence.
Ability to work independently, organise workloads, and communicate professionally with clients. Salary & Package
£45,000 – £50,000 per annum.
Company van and fuel card provided.
1-in-6 call-out rota.
£150 standby payment for being on call.
