We are currently seeking a Mobile Bodyshop Technician to join a leading UK accident repair group. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced automotive professionals specialising in vehicle painting and panel beating, who are confident working across multiple sites in the North of England.
This Mobile Bodyshop Technician role provides the chance to work on modern, hybrid, and electric vehicles in a dynamic, well-established company. The position involves travelling between sites, offering variety and career progression prospects within a forward-thinking organisation. The role covers locations including Stockport, Rochdale, Crewe, Stoke, Blackpool, and other sites across the North.

Salary of £54,500 per annum (£21.00 per hour)
Company EV provided for travel between sites
Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm working hours

Carrying out high-quality vehicle painting and refinishing tasks
Performing panel repairs and replacements to professional standards
Carrying out jig work – essential for accurate repairs
Conducting light MET repairs
Repairing panels up to the filler stage
Ensuring all repairs meet quality and safety standards
Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional working environment
Proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment
Adhering to all health & safety regulations
Working efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines
Providing support and cover across multiple accident repair centres
Maintaining a team-focused, professional attitudeMobile Bodyshop Technician Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Vehicle Painter and Panel Beater
Proven ability to produce a high-quality paint finish
Jig experience – essential
MET repair experience
Level 3 Vehicle Painting qualification – desirable but not essential
Level 3 Vehicle Body Repair qualification – desirable
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Flexibility and willingness to travel across sites in the North
Professional, positive approach to work
