Randstad C&P are actively recruiting for an Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineer to support our top FM client.

Job Title: Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer
Location: Stockton-on-Tees
Salary: upto £38,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Oncall: 1 in 6
Overtime: Time and a half pay, Double pay on Sunday
Holiday: 33 days annual leave including bank holidays
Pension: Generous Company Pension Scheme

Requirements / Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineer, preferably within commercial properties.
Relevant qualifications in air conditioning and refrigeration (e.g., City & Guilds 2079 or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of different air conditioning systems, including split systems,VRV/VRF systems, and chiller units.
Ability to diagnose and repair faults effectively, ensuring systems are operational and energy-efficient.
Full UK driving licence is essential for this mobile role.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to air conditioning maintenance.Day to Day Duties:

Conduct PPM on a range of air conditioning and refrigeration systems within commercial properties.
Perform routine inspections, diagnose faults, and carry out necessary repairs to ensure optimal system functionality.
Respond promptly and efficiently to reactive maintenance calls, addressing urgent issues and minimising downtime.
Collaborate with team members and clients to schedule maintenance visits and communicate maintenance outcomes effectively.
Maintain accurate records of work carried out, including maintenance reports, service logs, and inventory management.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements in air conditioning systems.Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
