Asphalt Mixer Operative (Temp to Perm)

We are currently recruiting for an Asphalt Mixer Operative to join a busy asphalt production plant on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a great opportunity to secure a long-term role with a well-established business.
Duties:
* Operate and monitor the asphalt mixing plant
* Carry out routine inspections and basic plant maintenance
* Maintain high housekeeping and safety standards
* Complete production records and support daily operations
Requirements:
* Experience in an asphalt, quarrying, manufacturing or process plant environment is preferred
* Good mechanical aptitude and understanding of health & safety
* Reliable, proactive and able to work rotating day and night shifts
* Mobile plant experience (Loading Shovel, Telehandler or FLT) is advantageous
