Are you looking for a tax role where you can genuinely make an impact rather than simply manage a compliance portfolio?
I'm currently working with a highly respected independent accountancy practice in the Dudley area that is continuing to grow and invest in its people. Known for its personalised approach and strong relationships with owner-managed businesses, the firm has built an excellent reputation across the Black Country and Worcestershire and is now looking to strengthen its tax team with the appointment of a Mixed Tax Senior.
This is an opportunity to join a supportive and ambitious practice where you'll work closely with experienced Partners and Directors, gain exposure to a varied client portfolio and play a key role in the firm's continued growth.

The role will involve:
• Managing a portfolio of personal and corporate tax clients
• Preparing and reviewing tax returns and computations
• Assisting with tax planning and advisory assignments
• Supporting clients with a range of tax-related queries
• Building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to add value
• Mentoring and supporting junior team members where required
What we're looking for:
• Previous experience within an accountancy practice tax role
• Strong knowledge of personal and corporate tax compliance
• Exposure to mixed tax work, with advisory experience beneficial but not essential
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• ATT, CTA, ACCA, ACA qualified or qualified by experience candidates will all be considered
