Absolute Executive Search is partnered with a highly regarded Accountancy Practice looking to add a Mixed tax consultant to their Brighton office.
You should already have solid experience in a mixed tax practice role, CTA qualified with at least two years post qualification experience.
This is a great opportunity to build on existing exposure in a mixed tax role which is strongly weighted towards consultancy and advisory work.
The Brighton office has an excellent and rapidly growing client base consisting largely of owner managed businesses, UK businesses with overseas aspects, high net worth individuals and trusts.
You will support the tax partner on a wide range of tax consultancy projects across all the taxes including:
Employee share incentive plans
Corporate reconstructions
HMRC tax clearances
Trust tax planning
Inheritance tax planning
Transactional work including tax due diligence
Overseas aspects including double tax treaties
Capital gains tax planning
VAT advice
You will also be involved in compliance reviews and on the job training for junior members of the tax team as and when required.
