Description:

The MIS Executive will be responsible to maintain all IT hardware and software systems. Ensuring that the IT environment is stable and fit for purpose.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Administration of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
* Managing secondary Active Directory or updating Active Directory information.
* Managing Exchange server and setting email for users.
* Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualisation.
* Ensure update of documentation in relation to changes in the IT environment.
* Maintaining IT Assets documentation.
* Assist in Group IT projects, assignments, and activities when required.
* Ensures that Group IT Policies, Procedures, and Processes are in accordance with Group IT standards.
* To ensure effective implementation of IT hardware and software for the site(s).
* To make recommendations to the Management in improving and upgrading the Company’s IT facilities.
* Responds to user requests for any IT-related support in a prompt manner
* Ensures all servers are checked, monitored, and free from any technical issues
* To monitor network equipment system and data backup policy are done properly
* Ensure smooth operation of networks. To minimize the downtime
* Ensure all servers are up-to-date and secure, especially the WSUS server
* Manage and maintain SOP documentation, and network diagram when changes are made
* Maintains and consistently updates IT assets promptly
* Ensures all systems with proper licenses are strictly followed
* Guiding users to do workstation email archiving and self-data backup
Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Essential
* Knowledge of Microsoft Windows (OS 10 and above / Server 2016, 2019 & 2022 / Microsoft file server / Microsoft Exchange Server 2019)
* Networking Technology
* Virtualisation Technology
* Hardware troubleshooting
Desirable
* Knowledge and experience in managing Active Directory.
* Familiar with Cloud backup and managing daily backup.
Requirement
* Proven experience of at least 3 years within a similar role.
* Familiarity with relevant regulations, industry best practices, and emerging trends in supply chain management.
* Professional certifications such as Digital Support Technician / Data Technician / Information Communication Technician are desirable.
* Willing to work on-site
