Military Vehicle Technician | Outside IR35 Contract
Location: Warminster, Wiltshire (BA12 0BS)
Pay Rate: £19.00/hr Base Rate (Paid Weekly) + Overtime Available
Lodge & Travel: Fully Paid Hotel (Sun–Fri) + £25/day Living Allowance + 45p/mile Travel Expenses*
Contract: 6-Month Contract (High Potential for Extension)
IR35 Status: Outside IR35
Shift: Mon–Thu 07:30–16:30 | Fri 07:30–13:00 (13:00 Friday Stand-Down)

Mandatory Qualification & Clearance Requirements
To be considered, candidates must provide proof of one of the following:
* Trade Qualifications: Proof of NVQ, IMI, City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 (or Military Trade Proficiency Certificates — e.g., REME Vehicle Mechanic Class 1/2, Armourer Class 1/2, or RAF/RN equivalent).
* Security Clearance: Must be eligible for BPSS Clearance (fully sponsored and managed by E-ppl).
* Experience: Proven technical/mechanical background on light vehicles, fleet assets, or military equipment platforms.
Role Overview & Responsibilities
Join E-ppl Ltd on a critical fleet maintenance contract in Warminster. Working within a skilled, veteran-friendly team, you will ensure the operational readiness, safety, and regulatory compliance of Stored and Sustainment Fleet platforms.
* Execute diagnostic inspections, routine servicing, and repairs across fleet platforms.
* Complete rectification maintenance ahead of Mandatory Equipment Inspections (MEIs).
* Resolve defects and carry out fleet modifications/upgrades to strict standards.
* Maintain high standards of site Health & Safety.
