Description:
Evolve Personnel are currently recruiting for a MIG/TIG Welder for our client based in the Smethwick area.
Duties of the MIG/TIG Welder:
* Perform MIG and TIG welding on various metal components and structures
* Read and interpret blueprints
* Conduct quality checks to ensure welds meet required standards
* Use power tools and hand tools to prepare materials for welding
* Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
* Maintain a clean and organised work area
Skills:
* Proficient in MIG & TIG welding techniques
* Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
* Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes is desirable
* Mechanical aptitude and understanding of mechanical principles
* Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality welds
Hours: Monday - Thursday - Day shift.
