This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-known local manufacturing company based on Stafford Park in Telford as an experienced Mig Welder with every Friday off!
Hours of work:
Monday to Thursday 06:30am-16:45pm with 2 x15 minute breaks and 1 30 minute break
Every Friday off, as all staff work Monday to Thursday only.
The Role:
* Mig welding to a high standard
* Completing all relevant paperwork
* Ensuring jobs are clocked in and out of accurately
* Ensuring OTIF
* Reading engineering drawings and Weld symbols
* Working on a variety of jobs from small to extremely large
* General housekeeping
* Adhering to H&S on site
* Flexible to perform other tasks when required
Requirements:
* Time served or qualified ( a weld test will be carried out)
* 2 years' experience (preferred)
* Reliability and punctuality
* Ability to read drawings
