You'll bring your core MIG welding skills into a structured, multi-bay facility where accuracy is genuinely valued.
There's also a clear path to build on that with fully supported gas brazing training.

As a MIG Welder, you will benefit from:

Fully supported, on-the-job training to develop your skills in gas brazing
The opportunity to broaden your capabilities within a structured facility environment
A 4-day working week (Monday to Thursday), with overtime available on Fridays
Consistent, methodical work that rewards precision and attention to detail
As a MIG Welder, your responsibilities will include:

Performing MIG welding as your core discipline across a range of structural assemblies
Carrying out TIG welding work as required
Developing gas brazing techniques over time, including work on centre tube structures
Maintaining cosmetic quality standards across all completed work
Working methodically and accurately to meet production schedules
As a MIG Welder, your experience will include:

Proven MIG welding capability as your primary skill, ideally within a manufacturing or fabrication environment
Some exposure to TIG welding is beneficial but not essential
Experience working with mild steel materials
A track record of producing cosmetic quality finishes
A genuine willingness to develop additional skills, including TIG and gas brazing
