Description:

We are looking for an experienced MIG Welder to join our production team, specialising in the fabrication of excavator buckets and heavy-duty attachments. You’ll be working with mild steel, carrying out multi-run MIG welds, and producing robust, high-quality components built to withstand tough environments.

Key Responsibilities:

*

MIG welding (multi-run) on mild steel plate and structural components

*

Reading and working from engineering drawings

*

Operating workshop machinery, tools, and equipment safely

*

Ensuring all welds meet quality and safety standards

*

Working as part of a team to meet production deadlines

Requirements:

*

Proven MIG welding experience (preferably in heavy fabrication)

*

Strong ability to carry out multi-pass runs on mild steel

*

Competent in reading fabrication/engineering drawings

*

Good attention to detail and commitment to quality

*

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

*

Reliable, punctual and hard-working

Shifts and Pay Rates

Shift are Mon-Thurs & Fri

* Basic 40 hours = £15.22

* 41-45 hours = £19.52

* 45+ = £21.96
