Description:
An established engineering specialist in Haverhill is looking for an experienced MIG Welder to join their team. This role would suit a skilled MIG Welder with strong fabrication experience who is looking for a permanent opportunity with a company that offers good earning potential and opportunities to progress.
Working with heavy-gauge materials, you'll be responsible for MIG welding, fabrication and fitting of various products. The role offers £16.00-£18.00 p/hour, with the opportunity for further salary increases following a successful probation period.
MIG Welder Duties:
MIG welding heavy-gauge materials, including 10mm+
Reading and interpreting engineering/CAD drawings
Fabrication using various machinery, including drills, saws and grinders
Stripping down and fitting products
Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and specificationPay, Hours & Benefits:
Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
£16.00 - £18.00 p/hour, depending on experience
Permanent position, after successfully passing a 3 month probation
Opportunity for further salary increases after probation

Minimum 2 years' MIG welding experience
Previous heavy-gauge welding experience
Fabrication experience
Able to read and understand engineering drawings
Welding apprenticeship or qualification would be advantageous
