MIG & TIG Welder

£34,000 - £36,500 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am and 4:30pm
Service Service is recruiting an experienced MIG & TIG Welder to join a manufacturing and assembly team in Norwich.
This is an opportunity for a skilled Welder to carry out MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metal components and structures, working to technical specifications and maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
The Role
You will be responsible for MIG and TIG welding a range of metal components and structures, ensuring work is completed accurately and to the required specifications.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out MIG and TIG welding on steel, stainless steel and other materials.
* Read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication diagrams.
* Maintain welding equipment and tools in good condition.
* Carry out quality checks to ensure clean, strong welds.
* Work independently or as part of a team to meet production targets.
* Follow health and safety procedures.
* Assist with fabrication and assembly tasks as required.
About You
* Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding.
* Ability to read and work from engineering drawings.
* Strong attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship.
* Knowledge of metal fabrication and workshop safety practices.
* Good time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
* Welding qualifications or certifications would be advantageous.
What's on Offer
