They’re currently seeking a Middleweight PHP Developer to join the team and contribute to their exciting projects.

Position Overview:

They are looking for an experienced Middleweight PHP Developer to join the team on a hybrid basis, spending two days a week in their Coventry office. Ideally, you’ll have a minimum of 3 years of experience in PHP development, with a strong emphasis on Laravel.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel frameworks.

* Design, implement, and manage database schemas.

* Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following PHP design patterns.

* Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and other team members to deliver high-quality solutions.

* Optimize database performance through indexing and other techniques.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in PHP development.

* Strong experience with Laravel framework is essential.

* Familiarity with PHP design patterns is preferred.

* Experience in creating and managing database schemas.

* Knowledge of indexing and other techniques for optimizing database performance.

* Proficiency in MySQL or other relational databases.

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Frontend experience with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, React.js) and CSS is a plus but not essential
