Corporate Actions Analyst / Middle Office Analyst

Manchester City Centre | £184 per day PAYE | 12-Month Contract

We're seeking an experienced Middle Office professional with Corporate Actions expertise to join a leading global financial services organisation on an initial 12-month contract based in Manchester City Centre.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in investment operations, asset servicing, custody, fund services, or middle office functions who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment managing complex transactions and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the quality control of middle office processing activities and workflow management.
Perform detailed analysis and investigation of complex transactions and operational queries.
Act as a subject matter expert for Corporate Actions and wider Middle Office processes.
Manage trade enrichment, static data maintenance, exception handling, and market claims.
Investigate and resolve cash, asset, trade matching, and market value reconciliation breaks.
Support incident management and contribute to the integrity of the Investment Book of Record (IBOR).
Liaise with internal stakeholders and clients to resolve complex operational issues.
Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members.Essential Experience

Previous experience within a Middle Office, Investment Operations, Custody, Asset Servicing, or Securities Operations environment.
Strong understanding of Corporate Actions processing.
Experience investigating and resolving reconciliation breaks and trade exceptions.
Ability to analyse complex transactions and identify effective solutions.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Financial services or investment management experience.Desirable

Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
Experience within global banking, custody, asset management, or investment services environments.Location: Manchester City Centre (Hybrid Working)
Rate: £184 per day PAYE
Duration: 12 Months
