Academics are currently recruiting a Midday Supervisor to work across welcoming primary schools in Worksop on a temporary, flexible ongoing supply basis. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for regular lunchtime work within education, with the flexibility to work around other commitments.

Contract: Temporary, flexible ongoing supply
Pay: £14.24 - £15 per hour (dependent on experience, training, qualifications and client rate available, paid via PAYE - no umbrella company fees, inclusive of holiday pay)
Start Date: ASAP / September
About the Role
As a Midday Supervisor, you will play an important role in ensuring pupils have a safe, positive and enjoyable lunchtime. You will supervise pupils across different areas of the school, encourage positive behaviour and help create a welcoming environment for children.
The Midday Supervisor role would suit someone who enjoys working with children and is looking for flexible school-based work. Previous school experience is beneficial but is not essential, making this a great opportunity to gain valuable experience within a Worksop school.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise pupils during lunchtime
Encourage positive behaviour and inclusive play
Support younger pupils where required
Help maintain a safe and well-structured environment
Respond appropriately to minor incidents
Support pupils' social development

Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential

Strong communication skills
