About Us:
We are a teaching agency working with a thriving primary school in the Borough of Barking & Dagenham who are looking for a Midday Supervisor.
About The Client:
We are working with a primary school in the London Borough of Barking & Dagenham where children love to come and learn. The school are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Midday Supervisor. As a Midday Supervisor, you would supervise and coordinate the midday team, ensuring the safety, welfare and wellbeing of pupils throughout the lunchtime period. The successful Midday Supervisor will ensure effective supervision, positive behaviour and a safe, enjoyable and inclusive lunchtime experience for all pupils.
Key Responsibilities for the Midday Supervisor:
* Supervise and coordinate Midday Assistants during lunchtime
* Take direction from SLT
* Support staff in managing behaviour
* Safeguard and promote the welfare of children as a Midday Supervisor
Required Skills and Qualifications for the Midday Supervisor:
* Prior experience working as a Midday Supervisor
* An ability to work co-operatively in a team
* Confident in supporting pupils across the primary year groups
* Safeguarding training
