Description:

A Mid Weight Interior Designer job is now available in Bath. The successful candidate will have experience working in the luxury residential and/or hospitality sectors and will be confident working on all project stages including concept development, IA and FF&E. Salary of circa £35,000.

With over 15 years of experience, this design practice has become one of the most trusted and respected in their industry, combining interior architecture, interior design, and project management within one concept-to-completion, fully bespoke service. Thanks to their traditionally luxurious yet relaxed style, the practice is regularly featured in the House and Garden list of 100 leading interior designers.

They are currently looking for a Mid Weight Interior Designer to join their design team and work on a mixture of contemporary and traditional luxury projects.

Role & Responsibilities

- Delivering interior design projects as part of a team

- Translating design concepts into detailed presentations and supporting documentation

- Working on all project stages

- FF&E

- Producing full drawing packages to be reviewed by seniors

- Liaising with clients, consultants, suppliers, and third parties

- Accompany senior designers to presentations with clients.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years' high end residential/hospitality experience

- Strong knowledge of both Interior Architecture and FF&E

- Proven experience working on all project stages from concept to completion

- Comprehensive knowledge of joinery and architectural detailing

- Self-motivated, pro-active with ability to take initiative

- Experience liaising with contractors and third parties on site

- Ability to work well under pressure; prioritising and meeting deadlines

- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

- Proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, InDesign, Photoshop, MS Office and good hand sketching skills

- Full, clean UK Driving Licence.

What you get back

- Salary of circa £35,000 DOE

- Hybrid working setup (1 day WFH)

- Holidays: Up to 22 days + Bank Holidays + Birthday day off + Studio closure between Christmas and New Year

- Early finish Fridays from June to August, and in December
