Develop and maintain programme documentation, actions, decisions and dependencies

Support testing, validation and business readiness

Work with delivery teams and stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain progress

Support the development of future-state operating models and ways of working

For Senior level, provide more strategic input, challenge existing approaches and help drive decisions across the programme

Business process modelling and workflow design

Experience supporting data migration or transformation programmes

Strong stakeholder management across business and technical teams

Workshop facilitation and requirements analysis

Experience producing user stories, process maps and supporting documentation

Good understanding of data management and data flows

Ability to manage dependencies and work across multiple teams

Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly

Comfortable working with evolving requirements and a degree of ambiguity

Desirable experience

Experience in one or more of the following would be useful:

Senior Business Analyst

For the Senior positions, we’re looking for someone who can take ownership of discovery and transformation activity, work with senior stakeholders and help shape the future operating model and delivery approach.
