The business
This partner has no sales team. They don't need one. Every new customer comes to them through reputation alone, earned through consistently excellent service and delivery. They specialise in highly customised BC/NAV solutions and look after some of the most complex systems in the market.
The role
You'll work directly on the systems of their largest and most important customers. This isn't a role where you're handed a spec and told to code it. You'll:
Analyse customer systems in depth and understand how everything fits together
Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and the business need behind them
Design and write robust code that solves the problem without breaking anything else
Take a step back to see the wider picture, considering the impact of every change across the whole solution
Take ownership of your work from analysis through to delivery
What you'll bring
Expert level Navision / Dynamics NAV development experience
Strong C/AL and C/SIDE skills
Proven experience working on complex, highly customised NAV systems
A methodical, analytical approach with a strong understanding of system architecture
Confidence engaging with customers and translating requirements into technical solutions
