Description:
We are looking for experienced Micro Space planners to join well established business in head office in Tipton.This is fantastic opportunity with hybrid working - 5 out of 10 days in office.
Job Purpose:
* To maximise retail sales and profit through the design, management, and implementation of store planograms.
* Work with buyers to define range and clustering for product categories.
Key accountabilities
* Category Insight & Planning
* Range Reviews
* Supplier Engagement
* Creating planograms that will generate revenue, utilising shelf and display space.
* Analysing sales date and reporting back to the buying department with key insights and shopping trends.
* Inputting accurate dimensions of products into Spaceman
* Producing accurate planograms with correct ranges, profiles and dimensions
* Communication of planograms via appropriate media
* Adherence to range review schedule
* Category range review presentations at range review meetings
Key knowledge, skills, experience and qualifications required
* Space Planning/ Space Management
* Great category knowledge and understanding is essential.
* Highly data literate
* Advanced excel skills.
* Must be able to work independently.
* Attention to detail.
* Influencing at all levels
* Has real drive to deliver results, is tenacious and self-motivated.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a high performing team
