We are currently hiring a MHE Operative to Come and join our friendly and growing team as a full time MHE Warehouse Operative in West Hallam, DE7 6HE. You will be joining a global logistics provider with excellent benefits!
Pay rate as a MHE Warehouse Operative:
Pay Rate: £13.37 per hour
Overtime only applies after 37.5 hoursTypical working hours as a full time MHE Warehouse Operative:
Monday to Friday
Rotating shift: 05:00am until14:00pm & 14:00pm until 22:30pm, switched weekly between AM and PM shift.
Total of 37.5 hours a weekThe successfully candidate would be required to start as a normal warehouse associate at Rate £12.30p/h until they complete their onsite Safety and competency assessment by the client and only after passing the assessment would they then be qualified to start the MHE role and be paid at the MHE payrate, failing the assessment results in the placement being withdrawn.
Ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate the following skills:
Must hold a current Valid Reach licence and counterbalance licence
General labouring duties as a warehouse operative
Good level of communication
Temp to perm opportunity
Adhering to and upholding strict Health and Safety standardsYour role as a MHE Warehouse Operative:
Operating counterbalance or Reach truck
Picking and Packing items ready for distribution
Using a handheld scanner to sort items
Manual Lifting involved (up to 23 KG)
Unloading containers
Adhering to and upholding strict Health and Safety standardsRequirements:
PPE is required, but we can provide this
Reach truck licence
