Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated MFL Teacher to join our school from September 2024. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching both French and Spanish to students across Key Stages 3 and 4. This is a full-time position, however part time would be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in French and Spanish.
Develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives.
Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes the love of languages and cultural awareness.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the teaching and learning experience across the MFL department.
Participate in extracurricular activities, including language clubs and cultural events.Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Degree in French, Spanish, or a related field.
Proven experience teaching French and Spanish at secondary school level.
Strong classroom management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
