As an MFL Teacher specialising in French and Spanish, you will play a pivotal role in delivering engaging and interactive lessons that ignite curiosity and enthusiasm for languages. You will have the opportunity to develop innovative teaching strategies, cultivate cross-cultural understanding, and empower students to become confident communicators in both French and Spanish. 

Responsibilities: 

Plan and deliver dynamic lessons tailored to the needs and abilities of students. 

Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes language acquisition and cultural appreciation. 

Utilize a variety of teaching resources and technology to enhance learning outcomes. 

Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to support their development. 

Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the wider curriculum and school community. 

Requirements: 

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification. 

Specialisation or strong proficiency in French and Spanish. 

Passion for teaching and inspiring young learners. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students. 

Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
