The school is seeking a passionate and dedicated MFL French Teacher to join the team. The successful candidate will have a genuine enthusiasm for teaching languages, a deep understanding of the culture, and the ability to inspire and engage students of all abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality French language lessons that nurture strong language skills, cultural awareness, and a love for the French language and culture.

• Cultivate a supportive learning environment that encourages communication in French, critical thinking, and a lifelong appreciation for the richness of the French-speaking world.

• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic and personal development in language acquisition.

• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall improvement of the MFL department.

• Actively participate in language-related extracurricular activities and contribute to the wider school community.

Qualifications:

• A relevant degree in French, Modern Foreign Languages, or a related field.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Demonstrated experience as an MFL French Teacher at the secondary school level.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• A commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to stay current with educational best practices.
