EXPERIENCED SCRAP METAL RECYCLING OPERATIVE REQUIRED TO COVER SMALL SCALES, FORKLIFT AND SHREDDING OPERATIONS
TITLE: Metal Recycling Operative - Scrap Yard
HOURLY RATE: £12.50-£14 per Hour
HOURS: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 16:15pm
LOCATION: Wolverhampton
ROLE: Metal Recycling Operative - Scrap Yard
Record the weight of scrap metal.
Assess and grade metals manually or with machinery.
Utilize hydraulic shears and cutters to shred scrap metal into smaller pieces.
Operate a forklift truck or crane for stacking and loading sorted metal.
Inform management when loads are prepared for shipment.
EXPERIENCE: Metal Recycling Operative - Scrap Yard
You will have experience weighing and grading Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Metals
You will have an FLT Licence / or strong operating experience
