Hours
* Monday - Friday
* 8:00am - 4:00pm
* 37.5 hours per week
Rate of Pay
* £13.00 - £17.00 per hour
Overview
We have an opportunity for a Skilled Metal Polisher to join our client, working in a busy shop floor environment. You will be utilising a range of equipment and processes to polish to a high standard, fabrications for the Food, Pharamceutical, Water & Textile Industries.
The ideal candidate must be confident / skilled in using a range of hand tools, machines, abrasives, belts & mops to remove welds & polish bespoke fabrications to a high standard in a range of finishes including sateen and mirror
* Removal of welds using abrasive belts / stones, dynafiles to crack and crevice free.
* Producing a cosmetic finish to a high standard using flexi buffs & straight grinders.
* Be flexible for assisting in other areas depending on manufacturing requirements.
* Adhere to & promote a good attitude to H&S operational procedures.
* Display a professional, accepetable attitude & image for all work associated with & undertaken on behalf of the company
