Opportunities for long-term career developmentDuties of the MET Technician:
Perform metal repairs, dent removal, and preparation work on vehicles
Assist with light painting and polishing tasks, with scope to learn painting techniques
Handle general bodywork including MET work and vehicle preparation
Maintain workshop cleanliness and adhere to health and safety standards
Ensure repairs are completed to high standards with first-time fix principles
Contribute to team efforts in maintaining insurer relationships and delivering quality workmanshipRequirements of the MET Technician:
Genuine enthusiasm for vehicle repairs and a keen interest in bodyshop work
Willingness to learn multiple repair disciplines with accuracy and attention to detail
Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
Prior experience in a bodyshop environment is advantageous but not essential
Basic understanding of body repair techniques; painting experience is a plus
