Full support for qualifications and skills enhancementDuties of the MET Technician include:
Conducting mechanical repairs and bodywork operations on allocated vehicles
Dismantling, fault diagnosis, and testing
Reassembling vehicles with new parts as required
Carrying out inspections and testing to ensure safety and quality standards
Identifying faults and recommending necessary repairs
Road testing vehicles when necessary, following safety and legal guidelines
Maintaining high standards of safety and quality throughout all proceduresRequirements for the MET Technician position:
Proven experience as a MET Technician in a professional environment
Ability to perform mechanical repairs and diagnostics accurately
Strong attention to detail and quality awareness
Good communication skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
ATA qualification is advantageous but not essential
Positive attitude and a willingness to develop further within the role
