If you're an experienced MET Technician and Panel Beater looking for a fresh opportunity, this role offers excellent earning potential, regular overtime and the chance to join a professional accident repair centre with a strong reputation for quality repairs.

Working with modern equipment and manufacturer-approved repair methods, you'll be part of a skilled team carrying out high-quality repairs while benefiting from a stable Monday to Friday working pattern and optional Saturday overtime.

The Role

As a MET Technician / Panel Beater, you'll be responsible for dismantling and reassembling damaged vehicles, ensuring all repairs are completed to manufacturer specifications. Working within a busy, state-of-the-art bodyshop, you'll play a key role in delivering safe, efficient and high-quality repairs.

Responsibilities

Strip and refit damaged vehicles in line with manufacturer specifications.
Remove, repair and reinstall mechanical, electrical and trim components.
Carry out repairs efficiently within a busy accident repair centre.
Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards.
Follow approved repair methods and health & safety procedures.
Work closely with panel technicians and paint sprayers to ensure repairs are completed on time.
Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience as a MET Technician, Strip Fitter or Bodyshop Technician.
Recognised apprenticeship with an NVQ, VCQ, SVQ, ATA or equivalent qualification.
Excellent knowledge of modern vehicle construction and repair techniques.
Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills.
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality.
Self-motivated with the drive to maximise bonus earnings.
Full UK driving licence preferred.

Monday to Friday: 7:30am – 4:30pm (42.5 hours per week)
