We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Merchandising Administration Assistant to join our Retail team. This role is integral to ensuring smooth operations within the Secretarial & Business Support department.

Description
Assisting in the management and distribution of stock
Supporting the merchandising team with administrative tasks
Compiling and updating sales reports
Communicating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
Keeping track of inventory and alerting the team of low stock levels
Organising and filing important documents
Assisting in the planning and execution of promotional events
Performing other duties as assigned by the Merchandising ManagerProfile
A successful Merchandising Administration Assistant should have:
A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
Experience in a retail or administrative role would be advantageousJob Offer
