Your Role: As our Merchandiser Planner, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing our clients product assortment and inventory levels to meet consumer demand and drive sales. From analyzing market trends to developing merchandise strategies, you'll leverage your analytical skills to maximize profitability and enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop seasonal merchandise plans and assortment strategies aligned with business objectives.
Conduct thorough analysis of historical sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior to forecast demand and inform inventory decisions.
Develop and maintain inventory management systems to optimize stock levels, minimize excess inventory, and maximize sell-through rates.
Partner with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules, ensuring optimal inventory flow and availability.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization and recommending actionable strategies to drive growth.
Requirements:
Proven experience in merchandise planning, inventory management, or retail buying.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other analytical tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
