MEP Revit Coordinator – Greater Manchester Competitive Salary + Benefits – Pharmaceutical & Cleanroom Projects

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced MEP Revit Coordinator to join a leading engineering organisation specialising in the design and delivery of highly regulated environments across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, life sciences and high-tech sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering complex turnkey projects from concept through to completion. The role would suit someone with strong Revit and AutoCAD experience who enjoys working on technically challenging projects including cleanrooms, laboratories, sterile manufacturing facilities and other controlled environments.

Responsibilities:

* Produce coordinated MEP designs and construction information using Revit and AutoCAD.

* Coordinate mechanical, electrical and public health services including HVAC, heating, cooling, domestic water, drainage and containment systems.

* Develop, maintain and update multi-disciplinary 3D BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.

* Produce schematic, detailed design and installation drawings to a high standard.

* Ensure all designs comply with ISO 19650 BIM standards and company quality procedures.

* Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, project managers and installation teams to resolve design clashes.

* Attend design coordination meetings and contribute to the successful delivery of projects.

* Ensure accurate and coordinated information is issued in line with project programmes.

* Support projects from initial design through to construction and commissioning.

Requirements:

As an MEP Revit Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating building services across a variety of technically demanding projects within highly regulated environments. Previous experience working on pharmaceutical, healthcare, laboratory or cleanroom projects would be advantageous; however, candidates from other sectors delivering complex MEP coordination projects will also be considered.

Therefore, to be successful you should be competent in the following:

* Strong experience using Revit and AutoCAD within an MEP or Building Services environment.

* Experience coordinating mechanical, electrical and public health services on construction projects.

* Good understanding of BIM processes and coordinated design delivery.

* Experience producing construction and installation drawings.

* Knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM standards is desirable.

* ONC (or equivalent) qualification within Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

* Full UK Driving Licence.
