With office across the M4 corridor, this position will sit in Wiltshire and can be a hybrid role for the right person
The Role
As the sole MEP Estimating Manager, the role is responsible for preparing and leading accurate and competitive tenders whilst also developing robust bids through a thorough examination and analysis of tender documentation
Key to the role is staying informed about current market trends, including monitoring potential price fluctuations, to ensure bids remain competitive and commercially sound
Experience required
Ideally, you'll have significant experience in estimating, coupled with a strong technical knowledge of both Electrical and Mechanical systems from an estimating perspective. You'll also have the following:
Experience of working in the data centre market (new build and refurbishment), is preferred
Familiarity with contract documentation, with the ability to identify and assess potential risks effectively
Minimum HNC or equivalent in a construction-related subject
