Description:

Responsible for the production of M,E and PH drawings using Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks software.

Manage drawing subcontractors and specialist sub contractors in a lead role.

Create drawings/sketches where necessary to help resolve design issues.

Produce a drawing schedule and monitor production of drawings against this, as part of regular Progress Reports.

Liaise with the project team to develop consultants design drawings through to construction issue & As Built stages of the project, including incorporating Technical Submittal information into the revit model.

Attend meetings involving architects, consultants and other trades where necessary, to resolve all clashes within the federated model, and resolve any design issues.

Ensure all standards laid out in the clients BIM Execution Plan are adhered to, including asset data requirements. 

To provide solutions to coordination issues faced on site to the project site team in a timely and cost-effective manner
