The Role – Mentor
As a Mentor, you will work closely with individual students who have SEMH, providing 1:1 support and guidance to help them overcome barriers and achieve their full potential. You will build trusting relationships, implement tailored strategies, and empower students to develop coping skills and resilience. Encourage positive engagement in learning and extracurricular activities, building confidence and self-esteem. The ideal Mentor will have Patience, empathy, and resilience in supporting students facing challenging behaviours.

Our SEMH School in Redbridge is committed to providing tailored support and education to students facing social, emotional, and mental health challenges. We strive on creating a safe and inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive. They are in a great new building with onsite parking for all staff. They also have training every other week which includes CPD and other types of training, to increase staffs performance.
