Mental Health/Learning Disability inpatient Nurse

Description:

Belmont recruitment are looking to speak to RMN and RNLD's for a position in West Boromich.

To act as a team leader in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of individualised programme of care To take charge of Unit or equivalent, as required
To ensure that the national and local policies are adhered to
To be committed to own development
To have awareness of current research
To participate in programmes of education for permanent staff and students.

To work in co-operation with the qualified staff and other team members in the daily provision of the service.
To act at all times in a manner that enhances the reputation of the service, particularly when dealing with relatives, visitors and the local community.

To plan the nursing care by means of individualised contracts of care with the cooperation and involvement of patients and relatives, where appropriate, taking into account the medical diagnosis.

Pay rates are as follows;

* Days - £19.00 per hour

* Nights/Sat - £24.00 per hour

* Sunday/Bhol - £30.00 per hour

Hours: Full Time/Part Time
Days: Monday - Sunday
Contract: 3 Months (+ongoing)
Band: 5
Salary: Upto £30.00 per hour
