Looking for a role where you can genuinely make a difference?

We are seeking compassionate and motivated Project Workers to support adults with complex mental health and forensic backgrounds to live independent, fulfilling lives within the community.

No two days are the same. You could be supporting someone to attend appointments, access education or employment, manage their tenancy, develop hobbies, build confidence, or simply enjoy their local community.

What We're Looking For

Experience in mental health, supported living, social care, or similar settings

Positive, resilient and person-centred approach

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Flexible to work shifts, sleep-ins and alternate weekends

Drivers preferred but not essential
